- Experienced for +16 years of international supervision of programs implementation in under war and difficult conditions in administrative decentralization, capacity development, public management, strategic planning, decentralization, provincial development, institutional development and communication/leadership (C/L).

- Managing 25 employees office to develop capacity in the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in the areas of PM, Procurement, Excellence Center, One-Stop-Shop and Social Security Net.
- Team Leader for the Iraq Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). Managing capacity development activities for administration and technical employees.
- July 2011-May 2013, Provincial Director and Ministerial Team Leader with Tarabot in Baghdad.
- Developing capacity in 3 ministries MoA, Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Provincial Affairs in administrative and technical functions.
- Managing Tarabot activities in Iraq 15 provinces through 4 regional hubs and 11 offices.
- Developing CD for governors’ offices in 15 provinces in the areas of project management, procurement, planning, decentralization, quality management, organizational development, business development and establishment of excellence center.
