During my 22 years of working experience, I had the chance to work across different professional areas and hence had acquired excellent expertise. I had developed very strong academic science and research background in addition to business management, strategic development and leadership in the multinational environment focusing on the developing countries.I had worked as Egypt country manager for the last 11 years on one multinational company and had developed excellent expertise in professional and project management, sales and marketing, staff-developing, conflict management, negotiation expertise, creation and managing budget, in addition to mastering international business working in different developing countries in the Middle East and supporting Africa. I have shown excellent performance and confidence being results oriented where i had been promoted several times over a short period of time from an application specialist to regional manager managing the injection safety in the Middle East. During which I had been heavily working with national safety policies dealing mainly with different MOH in the region, and donor agencies. I was able to successfully assist 8 countries to develop sustainable national immunization safety policy in addition to create public- private partnerships with international organizations and ministry of health in the region to improve healthcare and to build up capacity among the healthcare professionals. Had developed and conducted several activities in the area of capacity building, training and education around the region. During my work as a professional scientist or later as a manager, human rights and children rights were always of big importance and I hold to it, looked for it and certainly applied it
