During my career I have been involved in all aspects of creating, implementing and evaluating learning solutions, from assessing needs to evaluating the effectiveness of programs and activities. For example:
• Developing and implementing a learning strategy to support introducing new HR systems.
• Developing and implementing an onboarding process.
• Creating e-learning (various projects). For example, on using computer applications, to introduce new products, increase awareness of social issues and on the principles of effective classroom instruction.
• Developing and leading a workshop for senior aviation personnel on capacity building.
• Designing, developing and leading an online university course on conducting needs assessment.
• Developing a strategy for using social learning to improve the quality of health care.
• Developing the policies and guidelines for accrediting courses, and applying them to evaluate courses.
• Designing, developing and leading learning activities for instructors and learning managers.
• Developing and implementing a process to assess and endorse tests of aviation English.
I have also worked with organizational leaders to establish learning units and their programs, and assist them with capacity building.
