I have over 12 years' professional experience implementing a diverse range of nutrition programs focusing on multi-sectoral food and nutrition programming, conducting nutrition assessments and surveys, and capacity building for improved nutrition outcomes and enhanced resilience. I have been engaged in developing national policies, strategies, guidelines, training manuals and reference materials. I also work in nutrition emergency response and recovery by developing the cluster response plan and coordinating response.

I hold a Masters Degree in Public Health majoring in Nutrition obtained in 2018 at College of Medicine. I did a case-control study on the risk factors of mortality amongst under 5 children admitted at the nutrition rehabilitation unit - a case of Salima district. Also hold a bachelors degree in environmental health obtained in 2009 at the Polytechnic. My thesis focused on the knowledge, attitudes, practices and beliefs on complementary feeding amomgst mothers with children 6 - 24 months in rural Malawi.
