My cost management qualification enable me to prepare detailed cost estimates, to administrate the contract,and to manage the impact of scope creep on the budget over the life of the project My construction training enables me to manage both projects and programmes of work. I am trained to manage the entire construction process from initial estimate through to completion including risk management and engagement with all stakeholder groups. My programme training equips me to plan and manage large volumes of work e.g.90,000 home repairs for Fletcher Construction following 2010 earthquakes.
