29 years experience with complex, multi-year, cross-sectoral development programs as a Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist, mainly short/medium term assignments as Team Leader, and some full time assignments as M & E Coordinator. I have worked for UN, EU, World Bank, INGOs and other donors, for evaluation (including 3rd party) of programmes across Africa and the Middle East. Highly skilled in designing and leading team in M & E specific research methods, eval-specific logic and theory, computer and database skills and global standards for evaluation policy such as UNEG, ALNAP & DAC for donor agencies such as USAID, EU and the UN).
