Working on different non-profit projects and as a research fellow with the University of Bergen, Norway, I focus on researching solutions to pertinent global challenges in gender, healthcare, poverty reduction, climate change, diversity and social inclusion. I am keenly interested in connecting organisations, institutions, and donors to appropriate, and sustainable social impact projects. |

Professional Experience: |
Most of my professional work experience has been acquired through carrying out academic research and working on donor-funded projects in Ghana. I just completed my PhD studies in Gender in Global Development at the University of Bergen, Norway. For the award of this degree, I conducted a social research on the topic, "Transforming gender relations? Male involvement in the care for pregnant partners and households at the time of pregnancy in rural and urban Ghana". I additionally taught and supervised students on the Master Programme in Global Development, Theory and Practice offered by the University of Bergen. Previously, I have worked on donor-funded programmes in the capacity of project management/coordination where I adopted collaborative problem-solving approaches to draw action plans, manage comprehensive information sharing platforms, organise internal and external stakeholder meetings, and managed multiple workflows at the same time.
