Over 25 years ago, I chose to have a Mission rather than decide what I wanted to "do" or "be" when I grew up. That Mission was and is: Make companies and HR work better for everyone: Employees, Managers, Organisations, and Communities.

Since planting my Mission stake firmly in the ground, I have attempted to achieve its lofty ambitions as a Labour and Employment Lawyer, HR Leader (From Senior HR Manager to Global Head of HR to CHRO), University Professor, People and Culture Consultant, Executive Training Facilitator, Strategy Consultant, Change and Transformation Leader, International Conference Keynote Speaker, and Director of Customer Success and Professional Services at an HR Tech company.

Once we start bridging the gap between what science knows and what business does, I believe that companies will better serve all of their stakeholders.
