Professional Experience:
My dedication to diversity and inclusion drives my work. I am committed to ensuring that every voice is not only heard but valued. My goal is to put inclusive strategies into action and help leaders and teams walk the talk.

My approach operates on three levels: individual, collective, and enabling conditions.

• At the individual level, I focus on competency-based recruitment, values-driven talent management, and fostering career and leadership development for team diversity. Focusing on the right people being in place and supporting them. This can including coaching.

• On the collective level, my efforts rally around understanding team dynamics, building trust, fostering collective action and intelligence, and creating safe spaces for open dialogue and sharing. I prioritize principles of gender equality and diversity, nurturing an environment where every voice is heard and valued.

• At the enabling level, I concentrate on integrating diversity and inclusivity into organizational culture, strategy, policies, and procedures. I strive to cultivate a reflective culture where learning stems from both successes and failures, and where leaders are held accountable for driving meaningful change. This can include assessment, audit and putting in places changes plans and accountability mechanisms.

Overall, my goal is to help organizations become structures where team members are curious, inspired, and committed to equity in all aspects of their work.
