• Responsible for the design, planning, and development of all CRS/Tanzania Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) projects, and management, monitoring, and reporting of these projects to donors;
• Managing IWRM program in Kararu and Longido districts of worth $550,000 a year;
• Successfully managed Global Water Initiative (GWI) project of worth $1,700,000 from 2009-2012;
• Piloting a multi-purpose sand dam project in Karatu, Tanzania, with Nelson Mandela Africa Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) and the Purdue University;
• Implementing conservation agriculture project study in Karatu with Selian Agriculture Research Institute;
• Piloting Life-Cycle Cost Approach (LCCA) with 2 water boards in Tanzania
• Designed a 5-year $1,200,000 IWRM Project based on CRS’ Integral Human Development (IHD) framework;
• Led the piloting of the very first EARO Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) strategy in Tanzania;
• Designed monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for IWRM projects in Karatu and Longido;

• Responsible for engineering design, cost estimation, and implementation of small-scale rural water and sanitation, irrigation, road, emergency, and watershed projects in Western Afghanistan;

• Supervised 9 Afghan engineers, 7 foremen, and 2 admin assistants;
• Trained CRS and partner staff on project management, bridge design, ecological sanitation, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E), inventory management, and financial compliance;
• Drafted proposal for post-Tsunami rehabilitation of water and shelter for CRS Sri Lanka;
