Organisational Development, Human Resources and Capacity Building specialist professional with more than 15 years experience in working with Overseas Development Assistance (ODA) programs and projects in Southern Africa. Worked in international companies and decentralized public intuitions with national, provincial and local governments. Worked on multiple programs and projects supported by international donor agencies and bilateral agreements. Worked on long and short-term assignments. Short Term assignments include project assessments, appraisals, evaluations, and mid-term reviews. Knowledge of Logical Framework Analysis (LFA). Knowledge and experience of conducting reviews and evaluations of EU.
Broad working experience with gender, HIV/AIDs and cross-cutting issues. Working experience with civil society organizations, non-state actors, (I) NGO’s, community development and empowerment, PPPs, business, governments, and international donor agencies.
