A Postgraduate in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands, I have over 20 years of work experience in strategic planning, programme monitoring, evaluation and engaging diverse stakeholders – donors, Government, civil society organizations and community members. I have proven competence in conducting social audit and significant experience in community investment and building relations. I have extensive experience in women’s empowerment, livelihood enhancement, health security, right to education and good governance in developmental projects across India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Vietnam, and Mongolia. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, I have also mentored and provided leadership to development professionals.
