I am a focused, seasoned and highly qualified supply chain professional with managerial experience in supply chain management, Human Resources, financial and budgeting management emergency response, Health, food aid and nutritional commodity management, M&E, Administration, Security and Information Technology, both in the humanitarian and development Sectors. I have over 17 years of quality work experience acquired in diverse and challenging management roles in the NGO sector, with full accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing large programs of high impact and complexity in East and central Africa, as well as Asia. I am skilled in designing and implementing procurement, logistics and administration strategies. I have strong personnel and budget management skills and expertise in knowledge transfer through staff development, a team player and strategic thinker with robust problem solving skills. I have an excellent working knowledge of SAP system, which includes, reporting, budget expenditure analysis, procurement and Logistics as well as warehouse management. I work well under pressure and rapidly changing environments. I have excellent communication skills at all levels and experienced in NGO donor relationships, funding and reporting requirements and I have a vast experience and knowledge of different Donor agencies Policies, such as USAID with specific focus on CFR 211, ADS Series 300, DFID, CIDA, and EC/ECHO. I have worked for several international non-governmental organizations, such as CARE international and USAID/PEPFAR Funded Programs, Oxfam GB, UNFAO, Plan International, among others. My Proven general management and administrative abilities include good planning, good interpersonal skills, facilities and property management, staff training, team building, organizing skills, recruiting staff and strategic planning, and demonstrated ability to evaluate projects and carry out knowledge gap analysis. I have great commitment to continuous learning and has supervisory and leadership skills as well as knowledge of Sphere, anti-corruption, and People in Aid standards.
