? August 2013 - Present: Senior Finance Expert at GFA Consulting Group (a German leading consulting firm in the development sector), Fiscal Agent for Global Fund in Cote d’Ivoire

• Regularly act as Team Leader for a team of 3 experts and 2 accountants
• Set the operating strategies of the fiscal agent team in Cote d’Ivoire and present it to all key stakeholders
• Review and approve three Public Principal Recipients’ transactions and assist them in reporting to Global Fund
• Build administrative and financial capacities of public principal recipients in Cote d’Ivoire through trainings

January 2011 – July 2013: Director of Operations at WSA (Water & Sanitation for Africa), a Pan-African Organization, specialized in water and sanitation, present in 32 African countries with the head-quarter based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso with 70 staff members (HQ) and more than 300 staff members for the global organization, 30 million USD as overall budget in 2012.

• Regularly acted Chief Executive Officer in the absence of the CEO
• Defined the strategic vision and goals of the operations directorate within the 32 countries of the organization and implemented them
• Put in place a strategic plan to strengthen the operational capacities of the country offices for better support to programs and search for cost-reduction
• Conducted capacity building visits in country offices to help in implementing their audit recommendations
• Overseen and set objectives to the heads of four shared services functions under my supervision and reviewed their annual performance (Finance, HR, IT, Administration)

meetings, donors’ review meetings etc.), presented the annual budget and financial report to the Board
