·Over 17 years experience in database development, library development and knowledge management;
·Experience in capacity & institutional development, multi-stakeholder facilitation, strategic analysis & planning, training, learning, curriculum development & assessment, and resource mobilization;
·Over 10 years experience in leadership positions both private and government sectors and consultancy;
·Having deep knowledge of Indonesian Legal and Political Systems, Political Making and Advocacy;
·Extensive experience working with the Indonesian government, civil society, universities, international agencies, international development and private sector both local and international;
·Demonstrated strong team-building, coaching and mentoring experience, focusing on establishing open and respectful working relations with colleagues;
·Driven to manage costs and establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors and service providers;
