January 2015 to date: GIZ Democratic Republic of Congo- Public Health and Monitoring Expert for the Fiduciary Agent of Global Funds and GAVI grants under Minister of Health responsibility;
? Supported the Minister of health in planning and the improvement of monitoring and evaluation system;
? Reviewed the funding requests related operational activities;
? Put in place a secure system of financing the 26 Provincial Division of Health.
March to December 2014: UNDP Haiti – Program Special in the Global Fund Unit
? Coordinated the planning process of HIV and TB grants with 10 sub-Recipients;
? Followed up of the grants implementation by Sub-Recipients;
? Supported the CCM in the process of elaborating the HIV-TB Concept Note for the Global Fund New Funding Model;
? Designed and carried out the capacity building plan of Sub-Recipients.
July 2013-February 2014: GIZ Guinea-Conakry – Project manager of HIV Global Fund Project:
? Coordinated of the process of preparing the annual work plan and budget for the project and its 8 Sub-Recipients;
? Designed the strategies and tools for the project’s implementation;
? Set up the monitoring and evaluation system of the project;
? Supervised the financial management of the project.

• Enda-Santé (May 09-24, 2013 -15 days): Conducted a mid-term evaluation of a project on borders and HIV vulnerability in Burkina Faso;
• MTN-Congo Foundation (December 2012 -January 2013- 35 days): Conducted a cost analysis of an health facility dedicated to retirees in Brazzaville as well as a feasibility study of a health insurance mechanism;
• UNDP Madagascar (September-October 2012 -28 days): Costed the 2013-2017 HIV and Aids Strategic Plan & elaborated the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan of the 2013-2017 HIV and Aids Strategic Plan.
• Abt Associates (November 2011-July 2013 -45 days): Conducted an analysis of the sustainability of HIV response using the HAPSAT (HIV and AIDS Program Sustainability Analysis Tool), in Benin.
• UNICEF- Djibouti (June-July 2009 – 30 days): Conducted a mid-term evaluation of a project supporting Orpha
