Proven experience in managing complex international aid projects in transition countries (strategic, organisational and technical; management of human resources, local and international), Team Leader experience on 7 occasions in Asia, Central Asia, CIS and Eastern Europe (Project management, setting up of implementation structures and procedures, as well as monitoring mechanisms; management of human resources, finance, communications and visibility).

¦ Agricultural and rural SME financing incl. farm financing.
¦ EC rules and procedures for external aid management including procurement; IFI’s procedures and requirements.
