I am a dynamic leader and manager with over 20+ years with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and the Société Radio-Canada. I am a knowledgeable public broadcaster.I was recruited to work as a
Bureau Chief and Executive Producer for News and Current Affairs - Radio, TV and on line, achieved success at delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
As well as I have experience as an Independent Producer with my own Production company for over 10 years. Expertise with the private sector  working with government agencies and private sponsors.
Experienced includes managing several projects with competing objectives and deadlines with budgets of $ 950,000 CAD ( The Big Top, Circus Ballet) and a budget of $ 875,000 USD ( Entrée To Asia, series).
I am a Canadian citizen residing with my Family in Panama. I am fluent in English and French. I worked in both languages with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and la Société Radio-Canada.

Knowledge
• Ensuring the success of a complex change project: moving 7 newsroom divisions into one integrated newsroom using digital (computer based technology). 
• Coordinated the reconstruction of the newsroom; chaired change workshops; initiated training programmes - all for the successful implementation of a digital system in a Integrated Newsroom                                                                                                                  between Radio,TV, On Line, French and English, Network and Regional Divisions.
• Delivered complex projects in a cross cultural environment. (Bureau Chief and Executive Producer CBC North 2000-2005). Worked five years in the Canadian North with the Dene, Inuit and Cree nations. 
• Recruited, trained, coached and mentored raw recruits in becoming journalists and reliable employees. Produced a daily news programme in English and Inuktitut; a weekly current affairs magazine programme in the Cree language. 
• Also produced timely panel discussions and Forums with audience phone-in participation.
• Produced and Directed a TV series for PBS, Entrée To Asia, shot in Southeast Asia ( Singapore, Malaysia,Thailand and Hong Kong).
