I have experience of staff and project management in both statutory and non-governmental sectors. I have experience of recruitment, training and supervision of staff and performance appraisals. I also have extensive experience of working to promote and safeguard the welfare of vulnerable children and families in line with the UK childcare legislation and Guidance and Regulations.Prior to coming to the United Kingdom, I had 20years experience working as a Social Development Officer within the Plateau State government in Nigeria. I managed the National Youth Award Scheme Programme in the State as well as serving as the Training officer for the Ministry on Youth Policies and Programmes. I have established an extensive networks and working relationships in virtually all the States of Nigeria and have contacts with officials in both State and Federal governments. I also have experience of managing contracted services to Local Authorities through the preferred provider contracts for many authorities in London and the South East.

I participated in the Common Purpose Bristol (2000) Matrix for middle level leaders of Organisations in the South West of England. Pioneer of the Shadow Magistracy Scheme of the Ministry of Justice under the auspices of "Operation Black Vote".Currently serving as Secretary of a UK registered Charity.
