I am an experienced multi-task manager with extensive hands-on experience in Business development, marketing and personnel management. I hold an MBA degree with concentration in Management. I am very bilingual, and I have completed many projects dealing with corporate asset valuation, target market research and business development. I possess advanced knowledge, skills, maturity and analytical abilities to work on a variety of duties, responsibilities and special projects.
I am a hands-on manager and critical thinker who can quickly evaluate large scale businesses, drawn from a wide range of valuable experiences to produce significant results. Familiar with fast-paced projects where deadlines and objectives are a priority, I enjoy a challenge and take pride in my work.
An ability to fully capture a Group wide set vision and apply to our Local environment as can be seen with my involvement in the CAMCCUL network where we were able to successfully execute the capacity building component of the Canadian government assistance to the micro finance sector in Cameroon.
I equally possess an excellent Project Management, business relation and communication skills with the experience required to highly focused and exceptionally productive in fast-paced settings. In line with my function as Personnel, Project & Marketing Manager of CAMCCUL and, the need to create new product and services in order to generate funds for the network, I demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying the Mobile Money Transfer known as Tele Cash within the CAMCCUL network nationwide.
My ability to evaluate and seek funding opportunities internationally based on the investment program of Camwater Cameroon. Within a period of three years we were able to mobilize over 50% of the financing required for the investment program of Camwater In this respect, I have gained a lot of valuable experience in negotiating difficult and complicated financial/technical agreements with international financing institutions stand me in good stead towards approaching and engaging potential partners.
I have equally gained valuable experience working with government ministries and the financial regulatory authority (COBAC) through whom I have made many important contacts in my present job and during my time at CAMCCUL would come handy when and wherever the need arises.
A good knowledge of the business world in Cameroon acquired during my time working for the Confederation of Business Institutions in Cameroon (GICAM) as operations and marketing officer puts me in a privilege position to approach businesses and promote any product or project.
