My work focused on providing humanitarian assistance in emergency, transitional and developmental environments. I studied how other countries / agencies developed and implemented appropriate interventions in complex emergencies. I also took time to review the work I had done in the past and thought about what was successful, unsuccessful and how to improve interventions in he future.
