• Seventeen (17) years of experience in public procurement of consulting services covering procurement plans, short list of consultants, preparation of Terms of Reference, preparation of Request for Proposals, arranging pre-proposal conferences, proposals evaluation, negotiations, preparation of contract agreements, contract management, handling complaints from consultants or other agencies.
• Expert in establishing procurement institutions, units and framework including legal and regulatory aspects.
• Expert in Transfer of knowledge: Knowledge of imparting comprehensive and structured training in procurement management activities.
• In-depth Knowledge of International Commercial Terms (Incoterms) defined by International Chamber of Commerce. Application of these terms for international contracts
