Professional Experience: |
Overall, I am responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and execution of suitable training courses to address the professional and academic training needs of Ireland House's clients.
My roles and responsibilities mainly include, but are not limited to:
Developing the syllabus that guides each training program. This includes sourcing the best available resources to use in facilitating each program, and developing in-house content where necessary.
Ensuring the courses we facilitate are approved by the Ministry of Manpower in Oman and meet Irish standards of language and professional development training.
Monitoring and evaluating the progress and outcomes of each program under my supervision.
As a means of staying familiar with the program context, content and delivery, I actively teach as well on programs my skills are suited for.
