April 2009 - April 2013: African World Heritage Fund (AWHF) – Head of International Partnerships and Communication
• Develop and implement a 5 year strategy and annual resource mobilization and outreach strategies, manage the team and external consultants
• Identify and approach African and international partners, negotiate partnerships and manage projects with them
• Represent the AWHF on international fora like African Union Ministers Conferences, UNESCO World Heritage Committee Sessions, World Economic Forum on Africa etc.
• Strengthen and consolidate the operations and governance of the AWHF, an African Union- and UNESCO backed organisation operating in an international environment

April 2001-April 2005: Veolia Water Deutschland GmbH – Managing Director of the Berlin Capital and Holding Office
• Develop and implement a Corporate Social Investment (CSI) strategy for Veolia Water Germany and manage multi- million Euro CSI investment in Berlin (public private water research centre, Foundation, cooperation with Berlin business development agency)
• Liaise with and report to high level representatives of Federal Government, Land of Berlin and partners from private and civil society sector

• Negotiate cooperation contracts with Eon and Lower Saxony Lotteries for Goethe Institute Pavilion and Africa Hall
• Report and present EXPO 2000 progress reports to Bureau International des Exposition (Paris) Secretary General and Executive Committee
• Strategic planning and setting up of a central administration and service office for international participants of the World Expo
• Prepare and follow up the steering committee meetings of the ambassadors representing the countries exhibiting at the World EXPO
