Professional Experience:

A former Peace Corps volunteer, I co-founded and managed a community-based non profit in southern Africa that operated regional and national co-operative development initiatives in health, economic development, livelihood building and small scale agriculture. I returned to the US in 2010 to complete my MHA certificate and currently coordinate community emergency services for a three-county area.

Education:

Strong social science background with a BA in Anthroplogy and an MSc in Social Development and Health combined with a MHA certificate in Health Management from the Minnesota School of Public Health.
