**Reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health program manager with over 20 years of experience in the design, implementation, scale-up, and evaluation of projects in Africa, Asia, and North America, overseeing upwards of GBP 85 million in funding.
**Supported leading NGO programs to provide high-quality programming and policy advisory services to reach vulnerable populations, including achieving program objectives and risk planning during the height of the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria.
**Experienced in team set-up and supervision of over 30 professionals to provide family planning and reproductive health services.
**Established technical leadership for DFID flagship consortium type program in Nigeria and hired and oversaw teams of consultants to deliver new technologies and solutions to respond to RMNCH needs of high-risk populations in the US and multiple African countries.
**Proven expertise in establishing new and robust quality assurance systems to exceed internal and external audit standards.
**Successfully turned around the women's health project, the healthy family social franchise private sector network, from not meeting to exceeding targets in two years, including the development of franchisor and franchisee manuals, monitoring for quality assurance and results.
**Hands-on expertise in midwife clinical and training, supporting over 600 midwives to deliver over 10,000 babies through normal and abnormal deliveries and building health system capacity to deliver quality services. **Led and designed regional and national training in multiple country locations
**Strong experience in the scale-up reproductive health services in rural, urban and private health facilities.
**Partnership building with doctors, nurses, midwives, and community health workers regulatory bodies and professional associations across several countries – Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia, Ghana – leading the review, update, and dissemination of training curricula, national reproductive health standards and guidelines.
**Acquired new funding from DFID, Packard Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and ensured robust reporting and communications to donors.
