I've been working for more than 19 years in the management consultant fields and occupied senior management positions for 8 years. I carried out numerous consulting projects for various international organizations such as the World Bank, GAVI, AfD, European Union, UNIDO, UNDP, MCA, IFAD, WWF, etc., and private companies such as TOTAL, ORANGE, RIO TINTO, etc. My areas of expertise includes writing and negotiating project proposals, fund raising, project management, strategic planning, functional review and process improvement, procurement, human resources management, budgeting, project monitoring and evaluation, change management. I carried out projects related with public health, environment, microfinance, private sector development, rural development, land tenure reform, logistics, water, sanitation and hygiene, banking, and local development. I am used to work in a multicultural, multidisciplinary and multistakeholders environment and familiar with public administration, private companies, international organizations, foundations and NGOs/CSOs environments. So far, I worked in Madagascar, Malawi, Comoros, Congo and Congo DRC. Furthermore, I have substantial work experience in management positions where I used to manage 10 to 80 multidisciplinary peoples. I had to recruit and train them and assess their performance. I managed budget ranging from Eur 200.000 to 1.000.000. To sum up, I am a multiskilled manager looking for new challenges within an international development organization.
