-A Letter of Appreciation for my technical support to the first Contingency Plan for Southern Madagascar and to disaster management by BNGRC, Bureau National pour la Gestion des Crises et des Catastrophes, the National disaster management system in Madagascar.

I have managed projects and monitor food security trends for FEWS NET and WFP in Niger, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Madagascar, South Africa, Rwanda and Burundi. FP Early warning program was funded by DFID and FEWS NET programs funded by USAID.
