CONTRIBUTION TO INSTITUTIONAL BUILDING
- Principal Author, NaCSA’s Policy on Support to the Decentralization Process and facilitated collaboration between NaCSA and Local Governance Structures at both the Policy and Operational levels.
- Co-Author, Section on Social Protection for the “Agenda for Change” - PRSP II.
- Principal Designer of a model for resource allocation for the World Bank funded National Social Action Project that is now widely adapted by other programme windows.
- Principal Author, NaCSA Beyond 2008: An Institutional Reform Perspective.
