Professional Experience:
2010 - Present. The core of my current work is providing strategic advice for national social programmes, such as public works, social pensions and support to agricultural labourers. In doing this I am the liaison between their programme
management staff and the Planning Unit of Sedesol. In this role I take part in the decisions related to the implementation of the social programmes.
My duties involve: strategic analysis of poverty reduction strategies and programmes; being part of staff that supports the Minister congressional hearings; drafting press statements, presentations and public information guidelines; providing the official response to Congress' legislative reforms in matters of social development; providing a response to information requests from civil society; reviewing performance indicators, public policy studies and terms of reference; giving technical opinion on monitoring and evaluation methodologies; and I also participate in the design of new social protection strategies and programmes.
