Rochelle A. Fortier Nwadibia is an Attorney and Consultant on international affairs and human rights. Ms. Nwadibia represents refugees and immigrants in US federal courts and as an attorney and administrator, advised higher education leadership on governance, policy, the grievance system, and human resource matters. Ms. Nwadibia served as mediator, Legal Adviser, and adjudicator for the Department of Education of the State of Missouri, Commissioner, and Acting Chairperson on the Missouri Commission for Human Rights where she led the Commission through statutory changes to improve the legal standing of victims of human rights violations in the State.
