Employed as senior adviser at The Employment Region Greater Copenhagen & Zealand for 4 years, and employed at The Danish National Labour Market Authority Since 1996 as senior adviser. They are both part of The Danish Minestry of Employment. During those 16 years I have achieved a lot of different skills and competences.

Since 2005 I have built my own consulting company.In order to run that company, I have used my free time to do consulting work, conducting weekend workshops, and done a lot of teaching as a temporary teacher at The Profession School Metropol. The main subject is social science and labour market politics. I have also developed new educations for Metropol. Mostly programs for unemployed people, and I work as an external consultant for Metropol regarding labour market politic
