Ajay is a motivated self-starter with over 9 years of eclectic work experience, including Enterprise Risk Management, Management Consulting, and Development Sector Advisory. He is a PMP certified professional, and has always carried out roles which included responsibility for designing and implementing enterprise-wide important strategic & operational initiatives and organisational changes. He has demonstrated leadership in taking up challenging roles in setting up new teams and business functions in his tenure with Acumen, Deloitte, and Micro Insurance Academy.
Currently, as part of the “Global Fellows Program” with Acumen, Ajay is using his consulting/business skills in developing and executing organisational development strategy for an early stage social enterprise in Ethiopia, in line with its 5-year strategic plan.
Experience working and living in Asia, Africa & North America has equipped Ajay with the ability to interact with empathy while working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
