Peace and conflict resolution expert with significant on-the-ground experience in the implementation of conflict prevention frameworks and the development of peace and security policies, which includes working on a EUR 11.2 million support project by the German Agency for International Cooperation to the Commission of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

Highly accomplished project manager with comprehensive experience managing capacity building programs, networking campaigns, and strategic policy development focusing on, among others, improving local economic development in West African nations, including Ghana.

Has held leadership positions as team leader and project coordinator with key experiences working with international NGOs, the EU and UN agencies in thematic areas that include election observation, gender & development, and organisational development.

Excellent communications skills with a strong background in managing advocacy for change management and improved organisational transparency. Fluent in English and German with conversational French language skills.

Holds a MA in Intercultural Conflict Management and received academic scholarship in 2004 from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to conduct research at the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC) in Ghana.
