- International Expert and Senior Adviser at the Ministry of Infrastructure in Rwanda in support of the Urban Planning, Human Settlement and Housing Division
- Direct adviser to the previous Minister of Infrastructure (Feb 2013- July 2014) in Urban Planning and Housing Development ;
- Built-up and operationalized the Urban Planning, Human Settlement and Housing Division at MININFRA, and the Urbanization Sector including its sector strategy;
- Acting Head of Division of Urban Planning, Human Settlement and Housing Division responsible for all conceptual, technical, administrative and human resource operations (Jan 2013-March 2014);
- Since recruitment of National Head of Division, supporting the managerial and institutional capacities of the Urban Development, Human Settlement and Housing Division at MININFRA; adviser

- Worked for GIZ in the Malawi German Democratic Decentralization Program with the objective to improve urban service delivery, reduce informal urban growth, and support the effectiveness of Malawi’s physical planning and land administration system to respond to rapid urbanization.

Worked for GIZ and supported the decentralization process in Rwanda by providing urban planning assistance to the Kigali City Administration.
