Professional Experience:

I currently work with the Catalyst Group as Head - Investments & Structured Financing and Strategic partnerships. I am part of the Senior Leadership team and handle the growth of Social Business models and raise appropriate form of blended capital for various initiatives. I also look after key Investments for incubations within the group.

Prior to working with Catalyst, I have spent a couple of years with the Aavishkar/Intellecap group, where I was Co-Leading the Consulting practice. These two stints have been a gateway for me, in terms of my keenness and wanting to be a part of the Impact space.

For the better part of the two odd decades of my professional career, I have largely spent with entities like M&M, ICICI, L&T etc. where I have handled businesses and P&L, largely catering to the Rural/Impact/Emerging markets. I have spent over a decade in the Insurance sector at Senior roles handling various businesses. I have built teams and businesses from scratch, nurtured them to scale and have driven to a significant growth trajectory. I would also want to believe, that during the course of setting up these, I have gained insightful perspectives in terms of understanding rural customers and markets, the issues at the ground and at macro level and hopefully some business intervention-led solutions.
