3. Finance & Administration Advisor/Grants Finance Manager – World Vision International in Lao PDR: August 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003.

• Manage overall finance of USAID, AusAID, ANCP, Private Grants, WFP Projects, GIK, Sponsorship and PNS Projects.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with the Government institutions, other INGOs; liaise regarding financial and administration matters with them. Liaise with the Security Services Providers and UN Organizations to ensure that WVL assets, offices and staff are safe-guarded.

4. Finance & Administration Manager- UXO Clearance Program – World Vision International in Lao PDR for administrative function (Directly run by WV Australia): October 16, 2000 to July 30, 2002.

5. ADP Finance Supervisor – World Vision Bangladesh: October 1, 1999 to October 15, 2000.
Major roles included:

• Gained broad exposure and wide experience by working in one of the biggest ADPs (Dhaka Shishu ADP) in World Vision Bangladesh. Managed and provided overall financial responsibility of budget of US$600,000 pa.

• Actively took part in developing the Design Document for the Dhaka Shishu ADP during this tenure.

6. Accounts Manager – World Vision Bangladesh: February 10, 1988 to September 30, 1999 (Last position).
Major roles included:

• Supervise 5 Accounts staff in the team. Assist in recruiting and selecting finance staff. Prepare and build policies for the organization. Provide capacity-building to the project finance staff. Provide on the job training to the newly recruited staff in the National Office.
• Prepare and manage budget of US$13 million pa.
• Supervise and monitor the finance of 4 Nutrition Projects funded by World Bank. Manage grants funded by USAID, CIDA and WFP.
