Managed the "March to 200" capacity building initiative, which seeks to recruit and train 200 volunteers to
become shelter supervisors. Doubled the number of fully trained shelter supervisors within five months
Managed 100+ volunteers and following their training progress while providing one on one guidance and
outreach to ensure that they reach their training goals
Conducted outreach by producing and editing a promotional video for the March to 200 campaign, writing
articles and working with other departments to integrate the campaign in their messaging in order to
produce a concerted outreach effort
