• Senior manager, including Chief of Party with two major international donor agencies plus two USAID/World Bank-financed programs in Haiti, the Middle East and Africa for SMEs; • Economic and governance policy and security analysis and review while at the African Development Bank (the Bank) and Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) in assisting African countries to achieve higher rates of socio-economic growth and security; • Experience leading MFI transformation and mainstreaming processes; capacity to carry out full institutional assessments (governance, human resources, markets, financial products such as solidarity group lending, projections) and to elaborate recommendations and effective plans of action (business planning and financial modeling); • Governance skills at public and private sector levels; improving the professionalism, functionality and citizen/key stakeholder responsiveness at regional, national, provincial and organizational governance mechanisms and institutions; • Sound knowledge of microfinance / banking sector actors and ability to connect MFIs, commercial banks and governments to promote growth; and • Multiple donor agency experience as senior management direct hire and contract: USAID, MCC, the Bank, European Community, World Bank, CIDA/Canada, etc.
