Professional Experience: |
Since my second year at Arthur Andersen Co. Ltd (1997), I had the opportunity to participate in the implementation of a strategic business line “Fiscal Control of Computerized Accounting”: I prepared a draft business plan for entry into the market, elaborated a procedure for any audit conduct in this field, and led the team training and auditing the customers (team of 3-4 staffs).
During my twelve years of experience within Societe Generale, I first occupied several Group positions at its HQ: as Group Financial Manager or Group Strategist, I had a strong role in terms of coordination with Division Heads in order to go through the financial process and/or strategic project management.
In 2007, when the Societe Generale Group got a license to set up a financial company in Vietnam, I created from scratch the consumer finance activity in Vietnam: build a team of 8 direct staffs (400 staffs three years later), set up IT system, define processes and risk management, lobby the authorities. From 1998, I was promoted to the CEO position: implement SG market development: negotiation of partnerships with banks, car manufacturers, and specialized companies.

I hold an Executive MBA in Management Sciences from the ESSEC Business School (France) and was initially graduated from Paris-Dauphine University in Business Studies (Magistère des Sciences de Gestion) and in Information System Management (DESS – Gestion des Systèmes d’Information).

Affiliations and Achievements: |
I am currently elected as Board Member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and assigned as Vice-President, in charge of strengthening the relationship with local partners, including local authorities. Meanwhile, I did have the chance to participate to the construction of a European project related with the Mekong River sustainability.
Besides I support the promotion of:
- the business of SMEs between France and Vietnam being the VP of the ABVietFrance Association
- the Vietnamese professional women leadership being the General Secretary of the Vietnamese Professional Women Network - subgroup of EPWN
