I have worked for a variety of NGO's, INGOs, Government bodies and private companies to assist their understanding of the lessons learned from programmes and services delivered by them and the impact of their work on the communities they engage with. I have a specific expertise on bullying in schools and have been called many times as an expert witness in court cases taken by young people against their schools. I work mainly in the area of health, education and community development in programme evaluation, development and management. I have diverse experiences which I believe often come together to assist me in which ever professional role I am undertaking. I have international development experience in Nepal South East Asia and in Romania East Europe.

I have a First class honours in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast and PhD in Psychology from the same university. I won an award from the university for academic excellence during that time.
