I have a 15 year experience with the International Committee of the Red Cross. My profession is Administrator. In the ICRC this post covered 3 main fields - HR, Finance, Premises Management.
I made 4 missions abroad - Ethiopia, Israel, Irak, Guinea Conakry.
I have large experience in 3 main fields and consider myself as a highly qualified specialist. I am also fluent in Russian, French, English.

Professional Experience:
I started my career life in 1991 after the graduation from Azerbaijan State Conservatoire. However, profession of a pianist didn't bring me enough means to live. Therefore, I was looking for other job opportunities.

In 1996 I have been recruited by the International Committee of the Red Cross in Azerbaijan as Administrator Assistant. In 2004 I was promoted to the position of a local Administrator who replaced an Administrator - Expatriate.

I have been based in the Baku Delegation, but meanwhile made 3 short missions abroad – Zugdidi/Giorgia (1 month) in 2002, Awash / Ethiopia (6 months) in 2003, Jerusalem /Israel (6 months) in 2007.
As from 2010 I was on Geneva contract and made two missions abroad.
In 2010 (12 months) – Baghdad /Irak where I was in charge of Administration of 2 ICRC Delegations (Baghdad Delegation and Baghdad Centre). I was in charge of 19 mio budget of 2 set-ups, Human Resource Management (Administrator in the ICRC is a chief of national staff) and Premises (leases, relations with landlords, contracts, inventories, equipment etc).
In 2011-2012 (12 months from April 2011 to April 2012) I was posted as Administrative Coordinator in Guinea Conakry and Sierra Leone. I was in charge of the budget of 9 mio in both countries, 97 national staff, 18 premises.
I am fluent in 4 languages languages – English, French, Russian and Azerbaijani. Given that the position of Administrator in the ICRC includes 3 main fields – Finance (International Accounting), Human Resource and Premises, I am a multi profile specialist.
I am available for any proposals that will be related to my professional experience and qualifications.
Education:
I have been graduated from Azerbaijan State Conservatorie in 1991. However, having worked 5 year on my speciality as pianist and accompanies, I have change the profile. I have been recruited by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Azerbaijan as Administrator. During my career with the ICRC in Azerbaijan and abroad, I have passed numerous trainings in Finance, Human Resource and Premises Management.
