- Over 10 years of experience in creating and managing positive learning environments, and designing developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum for children 1 – 8 years old
- Broad knowledge and understanding of holistic child development, child education, child protection issues, and child rights
- Over 3 years of experience in children developmental assessment, counseling and therapy
- Equipped to identify, analyze, and understand cultural differences in contexts of need, and to develop holistic responses that are sensitive to the particular constraints and opportunities presented in those settings. Relevant courses taken include: Community Development, Child at Risk (Child Participation), Leadership for the Non-Profit Sector, Collaborative Partnership, Globalization and Social Justice
