Winning of 02 proposals fostering governance and territorial planning in northern Peru as part of EU tender;
Set-up of SME Enterprise Forum in Brussels as a meeting platform for entreprise representations;
Development of a professional training concept for local and regional government officials in Peru based on the multiplication effect of training local trainers – Systematic know how-transfer to build up sustainable local and regional public management capacities (DECALOGE);
Timely coordination and implementation of EU State Modernization Programme with the Chilean Government (19 projects with financial volume of 23 mio. Euro);
Inroduction of practical handbooks "Local Government Management for the Transition Period" and “Development Management – Conflict Prevention”;
Repositioning of INICAM (Instituto de Investigación y Capacitación Municipal)in respect to national government institutions as a mayor player in the decentralization process in Peru;
