I am Amechi Kenechukwu Dike. I am the Business Development Manager/Senior Consultant and Facilitator of Strategic Development International in Swaziland. I have over the years effectively managed the design, development and coordination of training and capacity building activities, provided effective guide for human resource management programs and related functions. The outfit have successfully trained over 2800 African workforce of different levels and capacity under my supervision and management at different African and non African nations. As Business development manager, I am involved in evaluating my organization’s businesses and realizing each one’s full potential, using such tools as: marketing information management (knowledge management) and customer service
I have over the years of active employment acquired a mix of skills such as, marketing, legal, strategy, finance, proposal management, capacity assessment and sales and management experience.
