Professional Experience:
I am a qualified accountant/finance with 17 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, Procurement, Maintenance & Logistics and Human Resources.

In Indonesia, I have worked as an Accounting and Finance Supervisor at Indomobil Group, Assistant Manager, Finance and Budget Division at the ASEAN Secretariat and Finance and Admin Manager at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Currently, I am working for WWF Malaysia as a Head of Finance. Prior to that I was working for the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM), an international institution established by central banks of Indonesia, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mauritius, Nigeria, Qatar, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Development Bank.

Below is my experience related to my expertise:
a) Financial Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting
My experience as a Senior Management in Finance, Treasury and Budgeting from 2002 up to now, I have been involved in monitoring all transactions occurred in the multinational company and organization. This includes to oversee organisation’s budgetary and cost management, as we need to provide monthly, quarterly and annually reports at all organizational level including our donors.

b) Project Management
As Head of Finance at WWF Malaysia, one of my assignment is to overlook 45 projects which includes monitoring the progress/implementation of each project, issue timely financial report donors and maintain good communication with donors.

Together with the Project Leaders to prepare project proposal/s, define their needs and find new potential donors to fund our projects.

c) Procurement Services and managing contracting, negotiation
During my assignment as a UN Common Services Finance and Administration Manager, I had to oversee the Procurement process for UN Common Services. I need to engage with new potential vendors and issue new Long Term Agreements (LTAs) for the whole UN agencies in Indonesia, update vendor list for the whole UN in Indonesia, ensured that the procurement process is in line with UN harmonized procurement SoP.

In terms of Logistic Support and Event Management, I was in charge in providing logistic support for UN common services building at Menara Thamrin Jakarta. Other than that, I was involved in monitoring UN Common Services event preparation such as HIV/AIDS awareness, UN Influenza awareness and vaccination and all other UN Common Services events.

d) Information and Communications Technology
Some of my experience related to the Information and Communications Technology are as follows:
- As an advisor to monitor the system migration process at WWF Malaysia when we migrated our system from the old ACCPAC to ERP;
- Recently, I was involved in reviewing WWF Malaysia IT infrastructure, as we want to explore the possibility to adopt “Network Operations Centre” (NOC).
- I was also the team leader during the system migration process at the ASEAN Secretariat and Internat

Affiliations and Achievements:
1) Key achievements - WWF Malaysia
? As the project Leader, I was successfully leading migration of WWF Malaysia’s financial system from the old ACCPAC to the ERP.
? Managed to re-arrange WWF Malaysia’s investment and increased income received from the new Investment.
? Successfully standardised WWF Malaysia’s Financial Process including Finance Rules and Regulations.
? Prepared and presented salary increment proposal.
? Planning Capacity Building for staff by maximising The Capacity Building Fund (CBF).
? Performed 360 degree appraisal for Heads and Senior Management Team.
? Prepared the succession planning strategy.
? Revamped the hiring process for WWF Malaysia’ temporary staff inline with the Employment Act.

2) Key achievements - The IILM
? Successfully leading migration of the IILM financial system from the old system to SAGE financial system.
? Standardised IILM Financial Rules and Regulations

3) Key achievements - UNDP
? Through my 3 and half years of experience working with United Nations in Indonesia, I managed to increase UN engagement with some vendors and issued new common Long Term Agreements (LTA) that can be utilised by the whole UN agencies in Indonesia. Some of the vendors were including airlines ie. Cathay Pacific, Garuda Indonesia, Emirates, Singapore Airline, Hotels, duty-free.
? Successfully performed UN surveys ie. Housing allowance, Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA), survey on hardship allowance, etc.
? Managed to coordinate UN common group and initiated UN awareness ie. HIV-AIDS awareness, Flu Vaccine for all UN staff, Procurement harmonised system.
? Successfully managed to lead the migration process of United Nation’s telecommunication system from the old PABX system to CISCO.

4) ASEAN Secretariat
? Successfully leading migration of ASEAN Secretariat’s financial system from the old system to SUNSYSTEM.
? Managed to perform financial process in an emergency situation in Yangon.
? Successfully standardised ASEAN Secretariat’s Finance Rules and Regulations, in line with ISO 9001 : 2000.

5) Temporary assignment to Yangon, Myanmar
ASEAN Secretariat and ASEAN Humanitarian Task Force - June to December 2008
? Finance Emergency Office – Cyclone Nargis.

6) Key achievement - Indomobil Group
? Due to my outstanding performance, I was promoted as a Finance Coordinator within 1 year and given higher responsibility to manage 1 Nissan branch.
