for NROs when working with EN and integrating with related platforms

with an overview of Greenpeace digital marketing practices and resources
• Providing technical guidance and assistance for complex data management scenarios and

• Consistently liaising with 3rd party agencies and campaign teams responsible for delivering
marketing content; providing guidance regarding integration of shared tools as well as
Greenpeace communication and data standards
• Cultivating and encouraging a community of practice wherein users learn from and inspire
their Greenpeace counterparts

• Evaluating, organizing and submitting feature requests to EN

DIRECTOR OF ONLINE GIVING AND DIRECT MAIL, American Near East Refugee Aid: October 2007 – 2012.

Designed and implemented fundraising campaigns; oversee budget; manage consulting team. Coordinate with major gift officers, director of institutional giving, and other departments to ensure consistency in communications while integrating online and offline fundraising and communications activities. Report on Development Department strategy and results to ANERA President and board.

Key Accomplishments
• Conceived of and initiated the “Leadership Challenge Fund” to leverage gifts of major donors for smaller donations online – raised more than $200,000 from major donors and online contributions in December 2010.
• Successfully executed ANERA’s first-ever matching gift campaign for end-of-year 2009, exceeded goal more than $30,000.
• Instituted online list building strategy, growing online subscriber list from 1,200 names to 43,000 in 3 years.
• Converted monthly donor program to an online platform, increasing monthly donors from 178 to 380 in less than three years.
• Redesigned direct mail appeal and prospect mailing strategy and increased return on direct mail investment.
• Conceived of and implemented “Gaza Reality,” an online collection of videos produced by staff in Gaza for www.anera.org.
