Professional Experience:
Extensive development policy and program evaluation experience from working in World Bank, aca-demia and consultancy firms (11 years of experience). Responsible for large monitoring and evalua-tion studies using both quantitative and qualitative measuring techniques in a wide-range of policy areas, including social development, microcredit and labor markets in both developed and develop-ing countries.

Strong academic background in program evaluation, including my PhD Thesis on Alternative Ap-proaches to Program Evaluation. Applied different types of econometric methodologies to study the impact and aspects of various social programs in developing and developed countries. In specific three different programs were evaluated: The first analyzes the impact of a community driven social program in Thailand. The second evaluates the interest rate determinants in a large-scale micro-finance program in Thailand. The third evaluates the relative effects of active labor market programs for unemployed in Denmark.

Very strong econometric and database management skills. Intensive experience with managing pro-jects with tight deadlines. Used to facilitating and coordinating work processes, making sure that ex-pected goals were reached. Strong presentation skills from teaching and presentations for audiences up to 200 persons.
