Providing senior and mid level development and management training for the students, new-comers, in service professionals, NGOs and government officials.

• Four years of teaching English literature and language to the graduate and post graduate students in various government colleges.
• Six years of didactical experience with the ministry of Human resource development: Department of Women and Child Development as Project Officer at the State Headquarter in Jaipur, in a Developing Country- INDIA.
• Provide support to NGOs and Civil Society organization for the enforcement and training of NGOs prevention. Developing the understanding of the CEDAW, and other issues related to the women empowerment both in a comprehensive manner {both social and economic empowerment} to feed into the Women Development Programme programme of the state better known as the SATHIN programme.
• As National level resource person for World Bank supported Swa Shakti programme facilitated teleconferencing for the key facilitators at Lucknow and near Baroda in Gujarat for the NGOs and the community members in June 2001.
• Designed and developed training modules, session plans and imparted training in various courses to senior and mid level officers managers and administrators from various parts of Globe, INDIA and Rajasthan through the department of WCD, NIPCCD, UNICEF, HCM-RIPA, SIDART as expert speaker/ facilitator and course coordinator.
• As nodal officer for 'Development of Women and Children in Rural Areas' (DWCRA) Programme for income generation activities and vocational trainings, facilitated the women groups in the state of Rajasthan.
As nodal officer DWCRA facilitated the organization of fairs and festivals for marketing the produces of the women groups.
• Realizing that anaemia control would fetch rich dividends i.e lead to healthy mothers and in turn healthy children the Adolescent Anaemia Programme has been planned jointly with UNICEF. The training was imparted to the front line workers (sector level field workers in ICDS). This addressed 40 million girls in the age group of 11-18 years.With community cooperation 52 IFA tablets are administered to each one of them in the area of AWC.
• Represented the State Government Women & Child Development Department in the meetings and working group discussions held at Planning Commission, New Delhi regarding 10th plan and presented the priorities for the State with reference to Women & Children.
• Participated in the consultation 10th five-year plan related regional consultation workshop for Hindi speaking states organized by UNICEF in Jaipur IIHMR.
Made a prestation in the ICDS-III review chaired by Hon'ble MoS, GOI WCD at Chennai on November 2000 on Adolescent Girls strategy and programme prepared for the State of Rajasthan along with interventions in ICDS-III.

• As a mentor and guide to the students for the University of Bratislava; Slovakia through a distance teaching and learning mode in September to December 2009 and in October to December 2011. A group of students learnt how to develop the project. The students worked on the finer details very close to the log frame approach with real demographic indicators. The projects prepared were then evaluated and counted towards their grading in a semesters in their university.
• Almost 15 years of practical and action research experience on sensitive Development issues, specialising on child labour the right approach, adolescent girls’ issues in development and life skills, women empowerment and so on.
• Educational and official visits to England and other parts of Europe in 1998, 2007, 2009, 2010, 2011.
Conducted specific training programmes for women in rural and semi urban areas of rajasthan. These were on civic education, empowerment of women as volunteers and helper for others in their own villages. knowledge and practical training and skills were provided through the consistent periodic trainings on issues of relevance to them on a day to day basis.
Sanganer has been developed as a model block and all women sarpanches, front line workers, would be elected women representatives were given trainings through these seminars in the villages in their panchayats and some of the volunteers came on a monthly basis to Jaipur and were trained here in public speaking, getting to know the practical aspects of bottle necks in implementing the government programmes, how to resolve them, how to fill in the forms to get the benefits under various schemes and so on.
