Experience successfully managing legal cases in complex legal environments.

Full-cycle procurement management, and warranted Contracting Officer for US Government.

Experience navigating donor regulations with contracts and awards (e.g. USAID, DFID, Foundations).

Experience in full cycle human resources management in environments with complex labor laws.

Management of cross-functional teams including finance, general services, security, and human resources.

Official representation including media engagement.

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with exceptional cultural dexterity.

Well-grounded understanding of the following technical areas: disaster relief and preparedness, HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment, MCH, water and sanitation, food security, and mainstreaming gender.

Professional experience in Government (US Peace Corps), private (DAI Inc), and non-profit sectors (LWR, American Red Cross, IFRC, FHI 360).
Education:
Women Studies; analyzing how knowledge and gender related studies inside the academia relate to practical project implementation in international development.
